13. What happens if I miss or cancel the appointment?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a regular appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 fee, which must be paid in full before rescheduling. This policy helps ensure we can offer appointment times to other patients.

For sedation appointments, a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee.
